Can you accommodate last-minute events?

We love helping make celebrations happen! If your event is less than a week away, we’ll do our best to fit you in. A rush fee may apply.

Can you copy a photo I found online?

We don’t replicate other designers’ work, but we love using images for inspiration to create something completely unique for your event.

How do I place an Order?

Submit an inquiry through our website and allow 24–48 hours for us to get back to you. We’ll schedule a call to go over your vision, confirm details, and secure your date. Your date is officially on the calendar once the retainer and contract are received.

Are retainers refundable?

Retainers are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another date:
 • Reschedule at least 30 days in advance: full retainer transfer.
 • Reschedule 14–30 days before your event: 50% of your retainer is transferable.
 • Less than 14 days: retainers are non-transferable.
A $50 rescheduling fee applies depending on our availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

All retainers are non-refundable since we hold your date and turn away other clients.
 • Cancel more than 30 days out: refund possible on amounts paid beyond the retainer.
 • Cancel 14–30 days out: 50% of monies paid beyond the retainer may be refunded (as production and supply ordering may already be in progress).
 • Cancel less than 14 days out: full invoice is due due to supplies and labor already dedicated to your event.

What areas do you serve?

We’re proud to serve all of Delaware and parts of the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Looking for something outside that area? We’re happy to chat—additional travel fees and minimum order requirements may apply.

Can you hold my date without a retainer?

To ensure your date and time is reserved just for you, a retainer is required. Don’t worry—our flexible payment plans make it easy to secure your celebration while planning at your own pace.

Does breakdown automatically come with every setup?

Breakdown is included only with our Luxe packages. Party Ready backdrops are foam and designed for pickup and delivery—they do not include breakdown, so you’ll handle taking them down after your event.

What is the turnaround time for a la carte odrers?

All a la carte orders are guaranteed for pickup if placed at least 3 business days in advance. Orders less than 3 days out? We’ll do our best, but selection may be limited to what we have on hand.

Do you do outdoor events?

Yes! But only with our custom Luxe backdrops at this time. Party Ready foam backdrops are designed for indoor use and will not hold up outdoors.
